Tim Broadwell: In Honor of Kylie. She quit hurting on April 2, 2010. She said, "Life is too short to waste time fighting or worrying. You need to spend time living as if you don't have tomorrow. Give someone a big hug, just because you can. Smile at a person you don't know. Laugh a little more at silly things. Spin in circles till you can't walk. You never know whose life you might change." Miss Kylie changed mine. Ride for Kylie and Kylie's family. Go for it Dad.

Vicki Fedde: Is it too late for me to send $60 in honor of my grandmother Maud Neal Chism, who died of breast cancer in 1966? She was blind in one eye most of her adult life from mishandling of an ice pick. She could make the sweetest 3 layer apple spice cake you'd ever want to eat and always had a beautiful garden and always beat the sun up. She carried all her water from a creek about 1/4 mile down the hill, milked her cows, churned her butter and made a stack of quilts and quilt tops for all her children and grandchildren which was several times higher than the house. I think she was in her late 70s when she died. Meanwhile, she never knew how many people were spending the night and never how many to cook for on Sunday. Her husband, my dear granddaddy, was a gospel preacher who would invite everyone to come and they did. "We'll have plenty. Except we don't know whether it will be a big plenty or a little plenty until we see how many come." He never missed adding that to his invitation. It taught me to be happy that I can share and even though the offerings may be small, somehow it always works out to be sufficient and that is more than enough.
